Tour Preparation

I firmly believe that one of the most critical aspects of Tour Management is the preparation and research.  Guests expect a knowledgeable and confident Tour Manager and the more I know, the better experience I’m able to provide.

Preparation and research creates an enjoyable, smooth and carefree tour experience – from attractions to hotels and everything in between.  Knowing ahead of time all the important details such as parking and entrance locations, menu choices and unique features of the hotel instills a level of confidence in me that my guests appreciate.

In addition to researching and providing detailed information about our destination, I make sure to know interesting facts and stories to share along the way.  Sharing history and unique bits of information brings an added value to the guest and creates a highly memorable tour.
